1. Purpose
Wabotick provides automation, messaging, chatbot, and marketing solutions through integrations with third-party platforms including WhatsApp (META Official Cloud API), Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram.
The platform is designed strictly for legitimate, lawful, and responsible business communication.
This Fair Usage Policy (“Policy”) is intended to ensure that:
- All customers receive a stable, secure, and reliable service
- No single user negatively impacts platform performance or availability
- The platform is not used in violation of applicable laws, META policies, or ethical standards
By using Wabotick services, you agree to comply with this Policy in addition to our Terms and Conditions.
2. Acceptable Use
Users must use Wabotick in a manner that is:
- Compliant with all applicable local, national, and international laws
- Aligned with META’s WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies and other third-party platform rules
- Respectful of system limits, API rate limits, and shared infrastructure
Permitted usage includes:
- Sending promotional or transactional messages only to users who have explicitly opted in
- Using automation, chatbots, and broadcasts at reasonable frequency and volume
- Uploading and using business-related templates, media, data, and content only
- Communicating with customers for genuine business purposes such as support, updates, offers, and notifications
3. Prohibited Use
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Sending bulk or broadcast messages to non-opted-in users
- Spamming, excessive follow-ups, or abusive messaging frequency
- Any misuse of WhatsApp Business API or violation of META policies, including but not limited to:
- Banned or restricted content
- Misleading or deceptive messaging
- Repeated user complaints or blocks
- Uploading or sharing illegal, obscene, offensive, defamatory, or infringing content
- Phishing, fraud, scams, impersonation, or any deceptive practices
- Automations designed to bypass META limits, quality ratings, or safeguards
- Creating multiple accounts to bypass pricing, limits, or platform restrictions
Wabotick reserves the right to monitor usage patterns and take necessary corrective actions.
4. Rate Limits & Resource Thresholds
To maintain service quality for all users:
- Each plan (Free, Paid, or Custom) is subject to defined limits such as:
- Daily and monthly message quotas
- API request limits
- Automation and workflow execution limits
- Storage and bandwidth caps
- Wabotick may apply:
- Soft limits (warnings or alerts)
- Hard limits (temporary restriction or suspension)
- Abnormal or excessive usage may trigger manual review by our technical or compliance team
For high-volume or enterprise requirements, customers must opt for a Custom or Enterprise Plan.
5. Third-Party API & Platform Dependency
- Wabotick operates on third-party platforms such as META (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram) and Telegram
- Users are solely responsible for ensuring their usage complies with the respective platform policies
- Any suspension, ban, number restriction, or account limitation imposed by META or other platforms due to misuse will not be the responsibility of Wabotick
- Wabotick does not guarantee protection from third-party enforcement actions arising from policy violations
6. Enforcement & Violations
Wabotick reserves the right to:
- Audit, investigate, and review any suspicious or abusive activity
- Issue warnings, suspend services, or permanently terminate accounts without refund in case of violations
- Disable access to APIs, automation, or messaging features immediately if required
- Report illegal or fraudulent activity to appropriate authorities
Important:
False allegations, fabricated cybercrime complaints, or misuse of consumer protection mechanisms against Wabotick may result in legal action under applicable Indian laws.
Jurisdiction for all disputes shall lie exclusively in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
7. Policy Modifications
Wabotick reserves the right to update or modify this Fair Usage Policy at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
